Domestic Shipping

All items ship within the US for a flat fee of $10.00 in 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated in the item title or description. Orders are insured and shipped via USPS.   Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. When your order ships you will receive another e-mail with a tracking number.  Please contact us for international shipping, expedited shipping, or special instructions.  Dressmaker is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Returns and Exchanges

Purchases may be exchanged or refunded if unused, unwashed, and undamaged within 5 days of receipt.  Items marked FINAL SALE are non-returnable. We are not able to reimburse shipping costs, so please choose carefully and contact us with questions that you have regarding our products.  If you are unhappy with your order please contact us within 5 days of purchase to obtain refund or exchange authorization. Refund or exchange request will be denied if not received within this time frame. Many items in the Dressmaker shop are limited, and therefore exchange may not always be possible, in which case you will receive store credit or refund. Returned item must be received by us within 2 weeks of purchase. Please use trackable shipping with insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages of returned items.
